• Deposits are taken to secure your appointment. • Once your appointment is secured you can re-arrange your appointment up to 48hours prior. • You can only move your appointment once without losing your deposit. • If you re-arrange twice you will need to pay a new deposit. • If you cancel within 48 hours before your appointment you will lose your deposit. • Deposits can be paid by Bank Transfer. • Remaining balances can be paid by cash or card.

• New Colour Clients need a face to face consultation. • Consultations must be 48hours prior to your appointment. • You will need to have a patch test if you are having a colour application. • Consultations are completely free of charge. • There is no pressure to book once you’ve had a consultation.
